  • Iron and Cast Iron such as Brake Rotors

  • Appliances, must be Clean and Empty

  • Copper Fittings and Wire, Stripped or Unstripped

  • Automotive Batteries

  • Catalytic Converters

  • Brass, Bronze, or Tin

  • Aluminum

  • Silver, Gold, Platinum and other Precious Metals

Unacceptable Materials

  • City, County of State Owned Materials

  • Railroad Scrap

  • Propane Tanks

  • Utility Owned Scrap

  • Beer Kegs

  • Grocery Carts

  • Microwaves

  • Ballasts

  • Capacitors and Transformers

  • Material containing asbestos, lead, or paint

  • Radioactive Materials

  • Nickel-Cadmium

  • Closed Cylinders, must have a large hole cut in any sealed container before it will be accepted.
